We kindly ask that you RSVP and book your resort stay by November 15, 2023. Please update your RSVP on your wedding invite. NOTE: Do not forget to reserve your stay at The Fives with our wedding specialist Mandy. Please click "RSVP" below or email mandy@nowdestinations.com or +1 (647) 205-5972. If we do not get an RSVP back by that date, your invite will be marked as a “No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the resort in a timely manner and cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. Sunscreen(!), sunglasses, swimwear, pool floats (not required but can be useful in the pool), sandals, cocktail attire for the wedding, dress shoes for the wedding, tumblers/canisters to keep drinks cold (not necessary but useful!), hats, beachwear, appropriate clothing for restaurants, medications, chargers, bug repellent, beach bag, hair care, toothbrush/toothpaste, and don't forget your passport! :)

We welcome you to bring your children with you. However, if you want a kid-free weekend away from home we will have a weekend full of activities for adults that you can indulge in! If bringing children, we kindly ask that if you have a child under 3 years old who might get restless or want to explore, please choose a seat near the back row during the ceremony so you can easily accommodate your child’s needs. Please see the room packages under the "Travel" tab regarding price information for children. Childcare service information can also be obtained with the resort.

We recommend booking your flight as early as possible to ensure you receive the best airfare rate. You can work with Mandy (see contact info above) to book the room of your choice at the resort and put down your deposit. You do not have to pay all at once, but the deadline for initial deposit is October 1st and the final payment is due January 6th.

The resort utilizes filtered water for restaurants, bars, cooking, and even washing produce. That being said, we recommend consuming bottled water as we would do so at any resort outside of the U.S., this includes when brushing your teeth.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. There can be many factors such as weather, sickness, family emergency, etc that may cause you to cancel your trip last minute.
