This period allows time for guests to park their cars, set up the dish they brought on the potluck tables and then settle in to their seats before the ceremony.

The Ceremony will be held outdoors among the open grass, trees and stars.

The Reception will also be held outdoors among the open grass, tress and stars. Loose Timeline: 6:00 P.M. - 6:20 P.M. - Intersession 6:20 P.M. - 6:40 P.M. - Settle into reception seats 6:40 P.M. - Introduction to Couple & Others 6:35 P.M. - Prayer for Food 6:40 P.M. - Get in Line to Eat. As each table is excused to eat they will take pictures with the newly weds while in line. 7:00 P.M. - Speeches 7:40 P.M. - Cake Cutting 8:00 P.M. - Bouquet & Garter Toss 8:30 P.M. - Send Off 9:00 P.M. - Guests may leave & Clean up begins
