Olamide's POV:

We had worked in the same organization but never got the chance to have a discussion until I was moved to Damola's department and we got talking.

We enjoyed each other's company and started hanging out a lot, meeting each other's friends and making new ones together.

After a few years of growth in friendship, we decided to make it official but had to keep it under wraps cause of work ethics. The slight eye passes, secret whispers and our treasure (love note) hunts were our favorite (laughs) .

I eventually changed jobs and Damola sprung to action.

In our favorite restaurant, at the table with the view , tears in his eyes (which he wouldn't admit to) and our CBM in a corner with a camera, Damola got on one knee and asked His Love (me, of course) to marry him and there was a BIG YES and a cute dance.

To top the excitement on the 28th of December, 2022, Damola had organized a surprise engagement party with our close friends; it was a night to remember.

Loving each other and Building our Friendship has been our daily goal and look where God brought us; God said and God did!!!

Adedamola's POV:

Everything led us to this moment ; Everything!

Seeing you in the staff bus for the first time and trying to have a conversation about your cap to the moment we became friends . It all led us here!

Being your friend was the first step towards the best ride of my life (who would have thought) ! I remember saving my name on your phone as "We should do it" and you chose to keep it that way for a while.

Well, We did it ! We are getting married and it really couldn't have been anyone else but My forever and a day more.
