Best Western Cascadia Inn

Also in Everett, the Delta is a polished, upscale option and currently one of the more affordable choices on this list. A great pick if you want something refined without spending a lot. About 20 minutes to the venue and 40 minutes from SEA. Parking is $12/day.

Delta Hotels Seattle Everett

Located in Redmond, this one is a little further from the venue (about 30 minutes) but offers spacious suite-style rooms ideal for families or guests who want a kitchen or extra living space. Currently one of the more affordable options on the list. About 30 minutes from SEA. Parking is $15/day.

Hyatt House Seattle/Redmond

If you're looking for something memorable, this is it. McMenamins takes historic buildings like old schools, hotels, and theaters and transform them into one-of-a-kind destinations filled with local art, quirky décor, and plenty of character. The Anderson School location features multiple bars and restaurants, a soaking pool, a movie theater, and live music, all without ever leaving the property. It's less of a hotel and more of an experience. Closest to the venue at about 15 minutes, and about 40 minutes from SEA. Free parking on site. Rooms book fast, so reserve early if you're interested.

McMenamins Anderson School

For guests looking to make a full weekend of it, Willows Lodge in Woodinville is the splurge-worthy option. Set on five acres along the Sammamish River in the heart of Washington wine country, it's surrounded by over 130 wineries and tasting rooms within walking distance. Each of the 84 rooms features a gas fireplace, private patio or balcony, soaking tub, and rain shower. On-site amenities include the Barking Frog restaurant, a full-service spa, and miles of trails along the Sammamish River. About 20 minutes from the venue and roughly 45 minutes from SEA. Rooms book fast in September, so reserve early.

What's the dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal. We're celebrating outside, so please dress for the weather and come ready for a fun evening! Our venue has gravel and grass, so skip the stilettos and thin heels. No jeans, shorts, or white please. Evenings can get cool, so bring a jacket.

When should I arrive?

The ceremony begins at 3:30 PM - plan to arrive around 3:00 PM so you have time to get settled. We'll start seating guests at 3:15 PM. We'd hate for you to miss a moment! The reception wraps up at 9:00 PM with a send-off for the bride and groom.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 26th. The sooner the better — we'd love to know you'll be there! If we don't hear from you by then, we'll assume you're unable to make it.

Can I change my RSVP?

Yes! Changes can be made any time before the July 26th deadline. If you have questions or need help updating your response, just reach out to us directly.

Where is the ceremony? Is there parking? Is there a shuttle?

Both the ceremony and reception are at the same venue. Free parking is available on-site. Please note there is no shuttle service to or from hotels, so plan your transportation accordingly — rideshares like Uber and Lyft are a great option if you'd rather not drive!

What's the easiest airport?

The closest and most convenient airport is Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). Welcome to the Pacific Northwest!

What if it rains?

A tent and covered area will be available if the weather doesn't cooperate, so the celebration goes on no matter what. Still, layers are always a good idea for an outdoor evening.

What will there be to eat and drink?

Dinner will be fully catered with dietary accommodations available. You'll select your meal when you RSVP — if you need to make a change after submitting, please reach out to us directly before the deadline. Please note we won't have a full open bar. Alcoholic drinks will include signature cocktails, beer, seltzers, and wine starting at cocktail hour. If you have a specific dietary need, make sure you've noted it on your RSVP!

Can I bring my kids?

We love your little ones! To keep our guest count manageable, we've extended invitations to children of immediate family only. If you have questions about whether your child is included, feel free to reach out directly.

Can I bring a plus-one?

We'd love to have everyone's favorite people there, but we do have a limit on guest count. Plus-ones have already been decided and reflected in your invitation. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We're asking guests to keep the ceremony unplugged — phones and cameras away so everyone can be fully present (and so our photographer and videographer can do their thing!). Once the reception kicks off, feel free to snap away to your heart's content!

Where should I send a gift?

We'd love for you to shop from our registry and have gifts sent directly to our home in Idaho. No need to haul anything to the venue!
