In the summer of 2021, Olivia and Beau met a couple weeks before the start of freshman year at UGA. Beau was told that Olivia was "off limits" because she was "James Bailey's little sister".

Clearly that did not stop him. They went on countless fraternity and sorority date nights. They hung out all day - driving each other to and from class and going to get food from cookout.

They continued being "friends" through the end of freshman year.

Finally, in the winter of sophomore year, Beau asked Olivia on a date. They went to the Athens Botanical Gardens - where they have been every year since. They started dating soon after.

The summer of 2023, Beau served 12 weeks at Pine Cove camps. Olivia studied abroad in Spain, worked at Windy Gap Young Life camp, and spent time with her family.

In the summer of 2024, Beau worked on leadership at Pinecove camps. Olivia followed him there and worked on the media team for 7 weeks.

5 days before their two year anniversary, Beau got down on one knee. They got a nice dinner and celebrated with their friends and family afterwards at Beau's home in Peachtree Corners.
