Julianna Poole - Maid of Honor

Julianna has been Olivia's bestfriend since 7th grade. That means they are going on 10 years of friendship. She is the funniest girl I know and we have the best memories together.

Henry JR - Best Man

Henry is Olivia's older brother. He has always been cool with David. They were bros before brothers. Henry is an amazing guy and we are glad he is a part of our day.

Edward is Julianna's Boyfriend. Edward and Jules do not live in AZ but we sure wish they did! They are from Indiana but we are so happy they are able to be a part of our special day.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony starts at 4:30 pm. Guests should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to find seating and parking.

Is there parking on-site?

Yes, the venue has a wide lot for parking.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Due to the guest limit for our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Do I get a Plus 1?

If you receive a plus one it will be listed on the official invitation. Please be sure to list the plus one's name.

What is the dress code?

The event attire is semi-formal. For women, midi dresses or knee-length dresses. For men, suits and ties. We would love to see how everyone dresses up!

Are kids allowed?

No, due to the limited guest count. We've decided to keep the wedding adults only, with the exception of the kids in the bride and grooms wedding party.

When Should I RSVP?

Official RSVP's are due by Feb 7th, 2026. Be sure to RSVP "yes" or "no" by the deadline. This gives up adequate time to finalize with our vendors.

Where should I stay?

First off, thank you for taking the time to travel for our wedding! We have listed hotels near the venue for guests who may need an overnight stay. Located under the TRAVEL tab there will be links to check availability and book.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

The Pecan Farm is a large grassy field with rows of pecan trees. The ceremony and reception will be held outside. There is a set of bathrooms located on site.

What is the weather expected to be like?

March 7th is typically mid 70's in the day. The nights have a history of being mid 50's. Bring sweaters or cardigans for the evening.
