Dress code for the ceremony and reception is formal. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a formal dress or pantsuit. We ask our guests refrain from wearing light blue as it is reserved for the wedding party.

We are planning an outdoor ceremony, but weather dependent we may switch to an indoor option. Please bring appropriate outerwear as the October weather can be unpredictable

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on the invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear upon RSVP

While we love your little ones, the only children that will be attending are those in our wedding party. We appreciate your understanding!

Please RSVP no later than August 20, 2025. It is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thanks for understanding!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. We suggest being early to find your seat, however the venue will not allow gusts in before 4:30pm

Yes! If you are staying at either recommended hotel, you are more than welcome to hop on one of the school bus shuttles to and from the venue Transportation to the venue Shuttles are for guests staying at both hotels Shuttles will leave from outside the Fairfield Inn and Suites There will be two shuttles to the venue 4:15 & 4:30 (times are approximate) Transportation Back to the Hotels There will be two shuttles back from the venue to the hotels The shuttles will be announced by the DJ, so guests are aware of departure The shuttles will run at 10:30pm & 11:30pm (times are approximate)
