Third Wheelin’ with Conley: A Love Story

The first chapter in our story began at our mutual friends Tayler &amp; Chris Cahill’s Christmas party on December 15th, 2024. Olivia opened the door when Tobias came knocking with his homemade deviled eggs (that Olivia never bothered to try). (Tobias never tasted the donuts she brought either for the record) Anyway, Olivia &amp; Tobias had a cordial, quick chat, but he never made a move because he had already assumed that she was taken and that some lucky guy was counting his blessings. Little did Tobias know that Olivia was single and he had made quite the impression on her. Chris stole Tobias for the rest of the night, so he and Olivia never interacted again during the Christmas party. But a few weeks later Tobias received an unexpected friend request on Facebook... Mutual friends had subtly hinted that Olivia was interested, and after some dithering on Tobias’s part - and maybe a divine push from God - he finally reached out and asked her out. Needless to say, after their first date sparks were flying. They were smitten by each other and Tobias instantly regretted that he hadn’t asked Olivia out sooner. Olivia's little guardian Conley (aka Con-man), who came along for a walk, gave his blessing. After their first date Tobias thought Olivia could be the one, after their second date he knew she was the one, and after their third date he had already decided he was going to marry her. Olivia enthusiastically proclaimed to her friends after their second date that she was in love, in love, in love! Their relationship progressed from then on, and Tobias fell in love with Olivia’s three doggos almost as quickly as he fell in love with Olivia. Discussions of their future soon followed. On one of their first dates Tobias had taken Olivia to the Philbrook Museum, but once they arrived they discovered there was a special event going on with weddings as the main theme. Not wanting to go anywhere else, they spent the afternoon exploring the museum, checking out what the vendors had to offer - and sharing plenty of jokes about just getting married on the spot! Fast forward about 6 months and Tobias took Olivia back to the Philbrook. While walking around the garden they noticed a photographer sneakily hiding behind some plants so Tobias quickly led Olivia back to the perfect spot, fell on one knee, and popped the question. Olivia gladly said yes and the two then enjoyed a delicious Italian dinner where Tobias discovered the wonderful creation called gnocchi. Surrounded by God, family, friends, (and probably a few pictures of the doggos), we’ll begin our next chapter on December 13th at Spain Ranch - and we can’t wait to share the joy with you!
