Blake had noticed Olivia month's before they actually met. After seeing her for the first time, he made sure to visit the same location he saw her in periodically, in hopes she would walk through the door. Two month's later, she walked in. He decided he was going to shoot his shot. He walked up to the bar to order a drink (even though a full one was already in his hand to get next to her). Without looking at him, she asked Blake if he could help get a guy away from her who wasn't getting the hint. Without looking at him or asking his name, they talked for a while about what he did and who his family was.

After an hour of conversation, they had gone their separate ways. The next day, Olivia messaged Blake on facebook stating that she was thankful he helped get the guy away from her. He wanted to see her again and show her what it was like for a girl like her to be courted by a guy like him. Her response was "just wait you will regret it".
