We understand Covid-19 is still a part of our communities and we want to make sure our guests feel safe while celebrating the big day. This includes reducing the risk of bringing anything back to your own communities. Though we will not be requiring or checking if you have been tested, we would like to encourage you to make sure you are safe as well as keeping others safe during the event. Our dear friend and bridesmaid, Cyndi has gathered information for testing sites locally to the event and hotels as well as Eau Claire, WI and the Twin Cities. Please see below.

You can pick up an over-the-counter at home rapid Covid-19 test kit that includes two tests from Walgreens (or most pharmacies) for ~$25. They are currently in stock at all Walgreens in the Delafield area. Results available in 10 mins.

This is the PCR Saliva test, the most reliable and accurate Covid-19 test. Results available in 24 hrs or less. You will want to take a test as soon as you arrive in the area.

Walgreens Free Drive-Thru Testing

Free COVID-19 testing is available to patients ages 3+. Patients will not receive a bill from Walgreens or any lab partner. If you receive a Diagnostic Test and have insurance, you will be asked to show your insurance card at the appointment and the lab may bill your insurer.

You will need to schedule an appointment online and complete a screening form.

Schedule one of the rapid test options to ensure you get results within 24 hrs.

Free Community Antigen Test at UW Eau Claire

This site includes antigen testing and an immediate, confirming PCR test. Testing will take only about 30 minutes. Individuals are asked to bring a smartphone capable of accessing their email account when they visit Hilltop Lounge for a scheduled test.

You must register and then complete a short survey (takes about 5 minutes). Once the survey is complete, you will be able to select your location and time slot. Onsite registration may be available for Walk-Ins, but preregistering is preferred and will be the fastest option.

This is the PCR test, the most reliable and accurate Covid-19 test. This is a Drive-Thru test. Results available in 36-48 hrs. The only date available prior to the wedding is Monday, September 27th.

Testing is free to the community. Proof of insurance, ID or citizenship is NOT required.

You’ll need to register online and complete a brief survey. Then you will be able to select the location. You’ll receive a confirmation email. Bring that with you to the site. No appointments, just show up for the Drive-thru test. On-site registration is available, but pre-registering will be the fastest option.
