Due to limited street parking, we are asking our guests to park in the Freedom Church parking lot located at 7736 Sunset Ave, Fair Oaks, CA 95628. They have notified us that we can park on the west side of the auditorium as well as the upper (elevated) parking area. We recommend that the driver drop off guests at the Delgado residence and then park at the address above. It is a bit of an uphill walk to the house, so we will have transportation from the parking lot to the wedding.

Both our ceremony and reception are outside. It will likely cool down in the evening so dress in layers! We will have some heaters placed throughout the backyard. While there is some pavement, the majority of the space is covered in grass so keep that in mind when choosing your shoes.

For the ceremony the first few rows will be saved for immediate family, otherwise please sit where you would like! There will be assigned seating for the reception. Before the ceremony or during cocktail hour, please check the seating chart.

Our venue has limited space. When you RSVP on the website, you will find all invited members of your party. In order to ensure that there is enough food, seating, and space for all our guests, we ask that you do not bring a guest that is not included on the RSVP.

We have decided to have an unplugged ceremony. We ask that all guests put away their phones and devices during the ceremony. We have an amazing professional photographer who will be capturing each moment. Feel free to take pictures as much as you want starting with cocktail hour and up until the very last song! We will have a QR code for you to scan at each table that will allow you to upload your pictures so we can look back at your favorite moments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.
