This is a wonderful opportunity to break out your tuxedos, gowns, and cocktail dresses, but all formalwear is welcome.

To allow all our guests the opportunity to enjoy an evening of carefree merriment, we’ve elected to make our wedding an adult-only event.

We have a hotel block at the Double Tree by Hilton near the airport. Please go to the "Travel" page of our wedding website for booking information.

For guests staying at our hotel block at the Double Tree Hilton, there is a complimentary shuttle service to and from the venue. The first shuttle will leave the hotel at 4:15 PM and will continue looping until the start of the ceremony. The end-of-night shuttle will begin its circuit at 9:30 PM and will continue until the night's conclusion. Guests may leave their cars at the venue overnight but must be retrieved by 10am Sunday morning. Ubers and Lyfts are also easily accessed at the venue.

The weather in Richmond in April can vary greatly, so please keep an eye on the forecast leading up to our big day. We hope to hold the ceremony and cocktail hour outside, so please bring a shawl or coat if the forecast looks chilly. The reception will be held in a climate-controlled tent.

Guests can begin arriving at the venue at 4:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00, so please aim to be seated by 4:45.
