The ceremony will begin at 4pm please arrive around 3:30pm!

Please wear semi-formal attire. Semi-formal attire can be anywhere from Cocktail dresses and jumpsuits, to suits and ties, etc. We want you to be comfortable and ready to dance on the dance floor! We encourage everyone to wear colorful clothing since it is in the Spring and everything will be blooming!

The ceremony and cocktail hour will both take place outdoors. The reception, as well as dinner, will be inside.

The weather at the end of April in Charlotte TN tends to be warm in the seventies. TBD more accurately closer to the wedding day.

Ceremony begins at 4pm Cocktail hour is 4:30-5:30pm Grand entrance is at 5:30pm Dinner will begin at 5:45pm Send off is 10pm!

Transportation is not included. Our venue can easily be found on any GPS device. To get to the venue there are a lot of backroads so do not worry- you are going the right way! There is a sign that says "Hickory Meadow" when you pull in. When you go to turn there is a house just keep going past it and you will come up on the venue! Please DO NOT take pictures during the ceremony. We would like to have an unplugged ceremony. You are welcome to take all the photos you want at cocktail hour and the reception. Thank you for understanding!
