As you near the venue cell service will get increasingly spotty until it eventually fully drops. There is no cell service at the venue. There is no wifi or internet access. There is a single landline inside the ranch house which can be used if necessary. For bathrooms, there are two bathrooms inside the ranch house and an additional restroom trailer with 4 more stalls will be provided. There will not be a bathroom available at the riverside ceremony but if necessary the ranch house is only 3 minutes away (see the picture below).

Shuttles will be provided to transport guests from Missoula to the venue and back again. One full-size school bus will leave Missoula at 1:30 pm, departing from the Days Inn on Broadway. They will deliver guests to the Ranch House at 3:00, and will provide shuttle down to the ceremony for 4:00 pm. After the riverside ceremony, the shuttle will transport guests 3 minutes up the road to the reception. This shuttle will then remain on the property until its departures back to Missoula. Shuttles will leave the venue at 8:30pm and 12:00am.

Both the ceremony and the reception will take place outside on uneven grassy land, please keep that in mind when choosing your footwear. The ceremony will take place at the river, a short distance before the ranch house (see the photo below). For the easiest flow of traffic, as guests arrive they will be directed to park (pink star) for the ceremony (pink rectangle) and following the ceremony they will be asked to move their cars up to the ranch house where the reception will take place (red box).

If you are able, we would love for you to pitch a tent or car-camp or stay in an RV and spend the night with us at the ranch. If you do plan on camping, please plan to setup your tent during Cocktail Hour or arrive early and setup before 3pm.

All guests are invited to join us Sunday morning at the ranch for a delicious home made brunch from Kelley's mom. I am quite sure that we will not be "early-risers" on Sunday so plans are to roughly start around 10am. Even if you did not spend the night at the ranch, feel free to return the next morning! After brunch and some cleanup, we plan to spend the day at the ranch, hanging out by the river, and welcome any and all guests to join.
