The dress code is Black Tie / Formal! We invite all our family and friends to dress to impress and join us in celebrating this special occasion. For women, we suggest a formal dress or a chic pantsuit—whatever suits your style best! Men are encouraged to wear a tuxedo or a suit.

Please RSVP by July 31st on the RSVP tab on our website for all events. Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. Please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible!

Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

We love your little ones! However, we decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this as a fun date night away from the kids!

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to secure parking and a seat for the ceremony.

Absolutely! We do have a room block at the Hyatt House Charlotte / Rea Farms which is located at 9930 Sandy Rock Place, Charlotte, NC 28277 Please see travel section for more details!

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and would love to share the photos after the big day. After the ceremony, feel free to take and post as many photos and videos as you would like!
