From Clitheroe: Leave by Edisford Bridge towards the Trough of Bowland – do not go through Waddington.

From the centre of Whalley: Follow the road under the A59 to Mitton and then on to Bashall Eaves

Avoid travelling via Waddington - some sat navs do get bossy about this. We suggest that you put via Bashall Eaves to get the correct directions.

Travelling north on the M6, use junction 31 then follow the A59 towards Clitheroe.

Travelling south on the M6, leave at junction 32, Broughton interchange, and travel via Longridge. This does take you on rural roads.
