What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
The dress code is formal. We would really love to see people have fun with their outfits and add color to our day - the more color the better! Spring pastels and floral patterns are encouraged.
For the ladies, this means either a floor-length gown or dressy jumpsuit.
For the guys, a suit works just fine! A tuxedo is not required, but you are more than welcome to wear one if you would like.
Please reserve white for the bride and light blue suits for the groom.
When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
The deadline for RSVPing is April 22nd, 2024. You do not need to mail back your RSVP and you will be able to do so on this website.
What should I do if I can't make it?
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.
Are kids welcome?
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event (21+) so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!
Can I bring a date?
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget, so we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. There is no grass where the ceremony will be held so no need to worry about your choice of shoe.
If there is inclement weather, then we have the option to move it indoors if need be.
Fingers crossed it will be sunny and warm!
Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?
The reception will be indoors, but we do have access to the entire venue for the day, as well as the outdoor porch and patio spaces.
Where should guests park? Is parking free?
There is free on-site parking for guests who are driving themselves. We will also have shuttles going to and from the hotel for guests who are staying overnight.
Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel?
Yes, there will be shuttles bringing overnight guests to the venue before the ceremony and also back to the hotel at the end of the night.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?
Yes, there will be a cocktail hour and a plated dinner. An open bar is available to all guests starting during the cocktail hour through the length of the reception.
