Olivia and Nick’s story began with two FaceTime dates before finally meeting in person. Their first real date was a Maine classic: lobster rolls at the Bait Shed in Scarborough. Olivia had no idea Nick wasn’t a lobster fan, but by the end of the meal, he was hooked. That night, Nick went home and told his dad, “Liv’s going to be my wife.”


They quickly bonded over music (Nick playing guitar but without trying to sing seriously was a big win), Olivia’s love of Taylor Swift, and their shared sense of humor. In the early days, they explored New England together, hiking, lighthouse spotting, and discovering their favorite local spots.


Everything changed when Winston, their Bernedoodle, joined the family. He instantly became the center of their world, with his goofy personality and endless charm. Named after their favorite character from New Girl, Winston made their home in Amesbury, Massachusetts feel complete.


The proposal was thoughtful, low-key, and just a little sneaky! During a walk through Beacon Hill, Olivia spotted a proposal setup and jokingly asked, “Is that for me?” She was genuinely kidding, but a few minutes later Nick was down on one knee.


Now living in Kennebunk, Maine, Olivia and Nick are so excited to celebrate their wedding day surrounded by their favorite people. They can’t wait to share this next chapter with everyone who’s been part of their journey so far.
