My name is Giovanna. My fiancé , Lucas, and Brendan are work wives, but through their friendship Olivia and I were able to develop our own special relationship. I met Olivia about five years ago when we both met up at a mutual friends apartment after church one Sunday night. Several Broadway trips and themed backyard parties later, here we are! I'm so glad I get to stand by her while she marries Brendan, and proves that maybe the apps do work every once in a while.

I have known Olivia for over 20 years, and our love for one another has only grown with time! Olivia seems to always know when we’re due for a lengthy phone date (her best-friend, ESP spidey-senses never fail) and she always manages to call right in the moments I need her most. Olivia has always been a caretaker, willing to sacrifice and accommodate the needs of those around her, and I am so overjoyed to see Brendan provide those very things for her that she has devoted her life to giving to others. I cannot wait to celebrate this sweet couple as they begin a journey of joyful selflessness— where their sacrifices for one another offer them abundance!

Olivia and I are going on 20 years of friendship, and every year that passes brings a deeper understanding of what it means to have a friend who loves, accepts, and celebrates you. From sleepovers in Camp Rock pajamas, with chocolate fountains and talking about crushes until 1 a.m, to big moves, living through heartbreak and grief and joy, and now planning a wedding… Olivia always has been and always will be THAT friend.
