We kindly request formal attire for our wedding celebration. Ladies, please wear your best floor length gown or mid-length dress. Gentlemen, join us in a suit or tux with ties. We can't wait to celebrate with you in your best formal attire!

There will be transportation provided via charter bus from the chosen wedding hotel. There will be 2 times of departure prior to the wedding ceremony. Keep in mind the venue is located about 35 minutes from the wedding block hotel. Transportation will also be provided from Valley View back to Gainesville. Otherwise, there is plenty of parking at Valley View that can be utilized.

The ceremony will take place on the island on Valley View property. Shuttles will be provided to and from to the ceremony site from the main entrance. Cocktail hour will take place outside on the terrace, and the reception will be located inside the ballroom.

While we love your littles, we kindly ask that only the children that are addressed on the invitation join us for our special night.

The RSVP will be located within your formal invitation. Please mail your RSVP prior to the date on the details card to ensure it arrives to us on time.
