PARKING
Most of the hotels offer parking/valet (some may be for a fee). Free parking is available in Ford Hall or Villa Montane parking garages, both located within Beaver Creek Village. Overnight parking is not permitted.
Ceremony & Reception Shuttle Pickup
Allies Cabin is located mid way up Beaver Creek Ski Resort, parking is not permitted. Shuttles will depart from Centennial Station (located directly across from The Osprey Hotel) commencing at 3:45pm and will run throughout the evening.
LODGING
September is a VERY busy month for weddings in Beaver Creek. We advise all of our guests to book as early as possible. We reccommend guests stay within Beaver Creek Village to avoid driving or relying on shuttles.

The Osprey is located at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain, directly across from the Strawberry Park Express Chairlift. This is where the bride/groom, bridal party, family and the majority of our guests will be staying.

The Pines Lodge is located on the west side of Beaver Creek Village. A 15 minute walk to The Osprey Hotel (where shuttles will pickup guests for the ceremony/reception). Please be aware, there is a hill involved if you plan on walking from this location.

Please note, our group code does not work at this location. This hotel is the most expensive of our options, but it's a gorgeous hotel and a great option for those looking for the most luxurious stay.
