Saturday’s wedding schedule is moving up 2 hours. AC Hotel guests: meet in the lobby at 1:30 PM for transportation. Reception ends at 8 PM with buses back to the hotel, followed by drinks. Thank you for your flexibility—we can’t wait to celebrate!

Wedding Day Transportation
We’ll have a bus providing transportation from the AC Hotel to the wedding on Saturday, with return service back to the hotel after the celebration. The bus will begin loading at AC Hotel at 3:30 PM, and leaving promptly at 3:45 PM.

The CLT airport is the closest airport, approximately 30 minutes away. An Uber or rental car is recommended for transportation from the airport to hotel block.
