The ceremony begins promptly at 5pm. Once the ceremony starts, all gates to enter the garden will be closed until the ceremony ends. Please arrive accordingly!

Please wear cocktail attire. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, so dress for the weather! During cocktail hour the park is ours to explore. The gardens have pebble pathways, so if you plan to wander the park please wear flats, wedges, or chunky heels. Dinner and dancing will be inside. Please refrain from wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride such as white, cream, and ivory.

As much as we would love to have everyone bring their kids, we have to limit our party size and are unable to accommodate children.

If your invitation says you may bring a guest, you can! Only those listed on the invitations are invited. If you have any questions, you can text or call the bride or groom.

Normally Wickham Park charges a fee per car. However, on the day of the wedding let the gate attendant know you are here for the Karolak/Karas wedding and you will drive in for free!

Enter the park at the main gate on 1329 Middle Turnpike West. Follow the signs for the Emerald Room. When you drive in, continue straight until you hit a fork, then turn right. The parking and venue will be down the street on the right.

Of course! If there is rain in the forecast, the ceremony will take place under a tent in the Oriental Garden, right next to the Irish Garden. Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing will be inside in the Emerald Room. Parking will be in the same parking lot.

Most of our guests are local so we will not be setting up a hotel block. We are also not setting up any transportation and encourage using Uber and Lyft to get to and from the wedding. If you need to use an Uber or Lyft to get home at the end of the night, you are allowed to leave your car in the parking lot and pick it up the next day.

Yes! We will all head to Elicit Brewing to keep the party going (only 7 minutes away). Food and alcohol will be available for purchase.
