Please make sure to put your phone on silent during the ceremony & refrain from taking photos. We have an amazing photographer & videographer and we want to see your faces in our photos, not your phones!

If you're not ready to end the night...this small town has one late night bar (open until 2am). Change into something a little more comfortable or come as you are, we'll finish up the night at Steiner's Tavern in the town square. Best news? It's walking distance from the venue & even closer to the Inn, so no need to find a ride.

In true Wine Country fashion, all of our guests will be greeted with a splash of bubbly! Make sure to arrive before 5pm to get your pre-ceremony sip before you take your seat, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm.

Transportation will be provided on Friday August 23rd to Ram's Gate Winery for the welcome dinner. Shuttles will depart from MacArthur Place at 5:30pm sharp. Please arrive early to board so we can get this party started!

For those driving to Ram's Gate Winery, and not taking the shuttles, there is free parking onsite.

If you are not staying on property or walking distance, the venue has valet parking!

Sunny and hot! Beautiful sunshine during the day, bring a light jacket or sweater for the evenings, just in case!

San Francisco (SFO) and Oakland International Airport (OAK) are great options for those flying from the East Coast. Both airports are approximately 1.5 hours away from Sonoma County. The easiest way to get to and from the airports is Uber, if you are not renting a car. If you are traveling from California we recommend flying into Santa Rosa Airport (STS). This airport is about 45 minutes away from Sonoma.

A car rental would be helpful (and possibly cheaper) for the commute to and from your chosen airport, however you can Uber. If you do choose to Uber on the way back to the airports from Sonoma, it is highly recommended that you schedule your Uber at least 24 hours in advance as Sonoma is a very small town without a lot of Uber drivers.

We do not recommend taking a cab from SFO or OAK to Sonoma. These cabs will charge an overtime fee for driving out of their city limit. We learned this the hard way.. An UberX from the airport to Sonoma will cost around $100. The fare is similar on the way from Sonoma back to the airports. The hotel can book you a private car service to and from the airport if you prefer.
