The Story Of Olivia & Anders

When we first met in 2020, there was an undeniable spark — the kind that makes you feel as if you’ve known someone forever. We both felt it instantly, a quiet certainty that we were meant to be in each other’s lives. From that very first moment, we’ve been inseparable, building a bond that has only grown stronger with time.Not long after earning his driver’s license, he asked me to be his girlfriend, marking the start of what would become the most incredible adventure of our lives. Together, we’ve shared late-night talks, spontaneous road trips, laughter that makes our cheeks ache, and quiet moments that speak louder than words. We’ve stood by each other through challenges, celebrated each other’s victories, and discovered the beauty of growing both as individuals and as a couple.Four and a half unforgettable years later, in a moment filled with love, hope, and excitement, he asked me the question that would change our lives forever — to be his wife. It was a “yes” spoken with my whole heart.We’ve already created a lifetime of memories in these years together, but we know this is only the beginning. With each day that passes, we look forward to building a home, a family, and a future filled with adventure, love, and everything in between. My Maid of Honor has been by my side since sophomore year of high school, and I can honestly say life has been brighter ever since. We’ve always shared the same sense of mind, which makes being around her feel effortless. Both of us are laid back and go-with-the-flow, but she’s also the kind of friend who can instantly make any moment fun with her silly, playful spirit. A former gymnast, she’s strong, graceful, and endlessly supportive—but above all, she is truly the sweetest person I’ve ever met. I couldn’t imagine saying “I do” without her standing beside me.

Delaney and I have known eachother since we were little, because of dance, and she’s been twirling through my life ever since. She actually played one of the biggest roles in my love story—she’s the one who introduced me to my fiancé and set us up! Delaney has always been full of energy, endlessly quirky, and hands-down the best comedian I know. No matter what, she’s one of the very first people to stand up and cheer me on, and I feel so lucky to have her by my side on such a special day.

Taylor and I have been friends since 3rd grade, and she’s truly been a part of my life through it all. We grew up making countless memories together—whether it was lake days, spending time on her farm, or just enjoying the simple moments of childhood. She’s the kind of friend where no matter how much time passes, we can pick up right where we left off, and it feels like nothing has changed. She’s been by my side through every stage of life, and I couldn’t imagine this day without her.

Kenzie came into my life through my best friend, and I’m so grateful she did. From the very start, she’s been such a kind and easygoing presence—always go with the flow and always so sweet. She’s the best person to sit down and have a good chat with, because she truly listens and cares. Even though we haven’t been friends for all that long, it feels like I’ve known her forever. Her caring and considerate heart makes her such a special part of my life, and I’m so glad she’s here to celebrate with me.

Cadence has been in my life since I moved to Chisago in 2nd grade, and from the very beginning she’s been a true wild child at heart. We spent countless recesses playing mermaids on the playground, and she’s kept that same adventurous, spunky spirit ever since. She’s always down for something fun, yet she knows how to make things feel cozy and comfortable when it’s time to slow down. Cadence is sweet, sassy in the best way, and endlessly supportive—she even flew all the way from Florida just to stand by my side on this special day. I couldn’t imagine celebrating without her!

Aubrey and I go way back to our high school days, where we spent countless hours dancing together, riding the bus, and even sharing a class or two. Those everyday moments quickly turned into memories that shaped a friendship I’ll always cherish. Aubrey is the kind of friend who can make you laugh until your cheeks hurt, who shows up for you without hesitation, and who makes you feel supported in every season of life. She’s one of those rare people you can go months—or even years—without seeing, and the moment you’re back together it feels like nothing has changed. Her humor, loyalty, and unwavering support have made her such an important part of my life, and I truly couldn’t imagine this day without her by my side. Aubrey has been with me through so many chapters, and it means the world to have her here to celebrate the beginning of this new one.

While he’s naturally relaxed, he really comes to life when he’s surrounded by friends. Always up for a good time, Preston brings energy and laughter wherever he goes. A hard worker with a love for golf and football, he’s been an important part of Anders’ life for as long as he can remember.

Things to Do

Anders planned the most unforgettable proposal by organizing a trip to Montana, where we road-tripped 18 hours to experience the beautiful mountains and breathtaking scenery together. We spent our days eating tons of amazing food, exploring incredible sights, and cozying up in a tiny little cabin just for the two of us. On our first day, we visited Glacier National Park, walking the trails and spotting wildlife along the way. The second day was filled with adventure as we drove the famous Going-to-the-Sun Road, took countless pictures, enjoyed yummy pizza, and treated ourselves to something sweet. On the third day, we set out on a hike when Anders suddenly pretended to be tired and asked if we could turn back. As we wandered along the waterline of a small beach surrounded by mountains, he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. To make the moment even more magical, he had secretly hired two photographers to capture everything, and he had even brought outfit changes and makeup so we could enjoy a full photoshoot afterward — a perfect ending to the most special trip of our lives.
