The venue is accessible by shuttle ONLY. Option 1: A shuttle bus will be making scheduled pick ups to certain hotels. Country Inn & Suites Shuttle Pick Up Schedule: 2:20pm 2:45pm 3:10pm 3:30pm 14 Guests MAX per trip! Option 2: There is parking at the base of the mountain where a shuttle will have scheduled pick ups. It is approximately a 7 minute ride up the mountain. Address for parking: 509 Mill Creek Road Pigeon Forge, TN. The lot is affiliated with Smokey Mountain Ziplines.

Hotels are listed under the 'Travel' section. Please be aware that only certain hotels will have room blocks. There are also a few cabins listed for larger groups.

The venue offers guests up to 5 hours of complimentary parking on-site within the Calhoun's Village Complex with a unique event only QR validation code that can only be scanned inside the venue. If you want to uber from Country Inn and Suites then expect a 10 to 15 min ride.

Calhouns B&C 1004 Parkway Gatlinburg TN 37738. 5pm to 7pm. Casual attire. Hors d'oeuvres and beer/wine will be provided! Feel free to come and go as you please. We plan to hang around downtown Gatlinburg after!
