It all started on a random Saturday in June, when our friends decided to play matchmakers and paired us up as pickle ball partners. Neither of us expected much — maybe a fun game, a few laughs, and that would be it. But from the first serve, something just clicked.

After the game (and a few impressive rallies), Olivia decided to take a chance and asked Matt out on a date — despite the fact that she was about to move. That one date turned into a whirlwind of time spent together, making the most of every moment before she left. And when the time came, we weren’t ready to say goodbye — so we didn’t.

We continued dating long-distance, with lots of FaceTimes, visits, and countdowns to the next trip. Eventually, when Olivia’s lease ended, we took the leap and moved into our first apartment together in Washington, DC.

Since then, our love has only grown deeper. We’ve built a life full of laughter, adventures, and spontaneous getaways. Whether we're exploring new cities or just cooking dinner at home, being together is always the best part.

We feel so lucky to have found each other, and we can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of you!
