We have set up a room block at the Old Avon Farms hotel directly across the street from the venue. Please see the travel page for directions how to book. You can also call the hotel directly & mention the McDonald-Alvarez wedding. Please book by no later than August 21st, 2024. If all booked, there are other hotel options close by. Hotel options will be listed on this site.

We have a strict guest list to stay in our guest allowance range. The wedding will be RSVP only. We can only accommodate those that are listed on your wedding invitation.

We love your children, but due to space & our guest limit we have chosen for an adults only party. The wedding party is the only exception.

Formal attire. (Think suits & cocktail dresses)

We please ask for no cell phone use during our ceremony. We have hired professional photographers to capture those special moments for us. However, during the reception, take as many photos as you'd like!

We are planning for an outdoor ceremony. If weather does not permit, the venue can accommodate for the ceremony to be moved inside.
