We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is semi-formal attire. (Midi or floor length dresses are appropriate). Please no hats, jeans or denim.

Due to limited venue space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time to find your seat. The last shuttle pickup from the hotel will drop guests off at the venue at 5:00 PM.

Our venue has free on-site parking! We want everyone to have a great time and get home safely. If you plan on drinking, we strongly encourage you to use our free shuttle service from the hotel or a rideshare option. There will be signs posted around the hotel with shuttle pick up times. If you choose to drive, it is around an 8 minute drive from the hotel.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. The reception will take place inside. Should there be inclement weather, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved inside.

The closest airports are the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and Dulles International Airport. Stafford, VA is around an hour drive from either airport, so we recommend looking into renting a vehicle for the weekend.

Due to the venue having a strict deadline, if you do not RSVP by March 19, 2025, then you and your party will be automatically considered a "no".

Our wedding is an adult-only (21+) event. We respectfully ask that you make other arrangements for your children so we can celebrate with you!

We have hired very talented professionals to capture our day! Although we appreciate that you might want to snap some pictures, we ask that you honor our 'unplugged' ceremony.

The Bride and Groom will be at Full Distance Brewery from 8PM - 10PM on Friday night to catch up and hang out with guests. Please feel free to stop by at any point! The brewery is a five-minute walk from the hotel.
