The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided the day of the wedding from the Courtyard by Marriot Stuart to and from the venue. When RSVPing, please let us know whether you will be making use of this service or not! If so, please be ready at the front entrance of the hotel by 2:50pm. The shuttle bus will return at 9:00pm and 10:00pm later that night to take you back to the hotel. You are more than welcome to stay any place of your choosing, but we do HIGHLY recommend the Courtyard by Marriot Stuart for a few reasons: - It is the closest accommodations to the wedding venue. - You will get a discounted rate when booking using our room block! - Shuttle service will be provided to and from the hotel the day of the wedding. - The hotel has free parking, an outdoor pool, Starbucks coffee and it's own restaurant for breakfast and dinner!

There is free parking available directly in front of the venue, on the front lawn.

Yes! We understand not everyone may be able to leave their children behind while traveling out of state or out of country. Children are more than welcome at our wedding ceremony and reception, but please do let us know when you RSVP if they will be attending or not so that we may properly plan food and fun for them!

Yes! Olivia herself is vegetarian, so we've made sure there are options for everyone to enjoy.
