While living in Florida and visiting Texas for the first time, Bradley had no idea that his life would change forever after a chance introduction. Olivia, whose plans for the evening had fallen apart, tagged along with Bradley as they explored the Dallas nightlife. Although their taste in music wasn’t quite the same, the two danced the night away (including on a picnic table) and the stars seemed to have aligned.

Olivia boarded a plane bound for South Florida to visit the persistent, yet charming guy that she had met two months prior. While she was unsure of where exactly this “relationship of sorts” would go, her interest in Bradley reached a fever pitch during their event-filled weekend in Palm Beach. It quickly became clear that the mid-summer nights in Texas weren’t a mirage. Olivia and Bradley were determined to continue seeing each other, despite the distance.

Coffee runs and wine walks became favorites among the two during the back-and-forth visits between Florida and Texas. When they weren’t dining at Perk or Echo in Palm Beach, they were likely trying a new coffee spot in Dallas. On this particular Fall night, Bradley had a plan: convince Olivia that he’s worth giving her heart to. It didn’t take much convincing.

One year after meeting Olivia, Bradley loaded up a U-Haul truck and began the drive to Texas. Although he was uncertain about what this new chapter might have in store, Bradley knew he’d be happy as long as Olivia was nearby.

On the two-year anniversary of meeting, Bradley and Olivia woke early to get the day started in one of their favorite destinations: Washington, D.C. Believing that they were going on a tour of the White House, Olivia was excited for what the day had in store. Bradley had something else planned. The couple stood on the top steps of the Lincoln Memorial as the sun rose over the Capitol. In that moment, Bradley dropped to his knee, presented a ring, and expressed his love for Olivia.
