Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. There will be hand fans provided as well as the option to enclose the reception area and crank the A/C if it is too hot.

Yes, there will be plenty of free parking! There will also be a shuttle running from the Wingate by Wyndham in Hurricane to and from the venue if you plan to indulge in the open bar.

There will be a charcuterie table during cocktail hour. After cocktail hour, it will be your entree of choice you picked on your RSVP with the options of mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and salad.
