We have secured a discounted hotel rate at Fairfield at Marriott in Gainesville, FL. The rates are from Friday, September 27th to Sunday, September 30th. Please follow the instructions below if you would like to book your own hotel room or suite: 1) Individuals can call the hotel directly at (352) 745-7777 or Book online at www.marriott.com/gnvsw and request booking under the unique group block to make individual room reservations. They will provide individual payment at that time and receive a confirmation number. All reservations will be coordinated through the hotel and requests for guest rooms will not be accepted after the cut-off date (unless otherwise stated based on availability). All unreserved rooms remaining after the cut-off date will be released to the general inventory for booking. Individuals must adhere to the cancellation policy set forth or be subject to a penalty of a charge of the full stay’s room & tax.
