Brady and I met the day that he and his dad went to my parents’ house to install a hot water heater and garbage disposal. Our fathers used to work for the same company, so my dad reached out to him, knowing his son was in plumbing, to do the installation. Brady and his father went over to the house the weekend prior to check everything out, and I had gone over after they had left coincidentally. My parents said Brady was tall and looked pretty cute, and said I should swing by the following weekend when they’d be there for the installment to check him out as we were both single. Naturally, I found myself going over that next weekend to see what they were talking about. When I first saw Brady, he had a mask on, so all I could see were his dazzling eyes. I sat in the kitchen eating Spree candies while watching him go under the sink to install the garbage disposal, and all I could think about is what he may look like under that mask and big sweatshirt. Long story short, our fathers talked and my number was given to Brady and he texted me later that evening to get to know me and ask me on a date. Our first date was April 2,2021, where he picked me up at my apartment first. Now this was the first time I saw him without a mask, and I was mesmerized by that smile. He opened the door for me, was such a gentleman, and took me to DaVinci’s. We hung out after and got to know each other. I remember thinking that first night that he is the one I want to be with the rest of my life. It just felt so natural and right to be with him. He met more of my family members a few days later at our Easter lunch, where they welcomed him with open arms and great food. A month after dating, he moved in with me and my kitty Yoshi (who is still getting used to the “male human”). We’ve been through some rough patches like when he broke his knee the day he moved in, was missing his front tooth for about 8 months, and decided to buy a new bike without telling me, but I know I wouldn’t want to live this life with anyone else. He’s joined me and my family on adventures, as I’ve done the same with his. Brady comes from such a loving family who raised him absolutely right. I couldn’t be more grateful for Brady and both of our families. Brady and I knew from the beginning that we would end up marrying each other one day, and I am so excited to make that dream come true!

I never thought I'd meet my soulmate from underneath a kitchen sink, but thats just about how it worked out. One day my father has asked me to help him with a job he was doing for a long term friend and coworker who's name was Bob. I agreed to help and we were to install a water heater and replace the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. The day came for us to do the job and everything went well with installing the water heater, so I told my dad that I would go upstairs and work on the garbage disposal. When I went up to the kitchen from the basement I noticed a beautiful brown-haired girl sitting at the counter checking me out. I was nervous and proceeded to go under the sink without saying a word. I finished installing the disposal and went back to the basement to find my dad. Shortly after, Bob, his wife Sue, and the brown-haired girl came down with us to learn about the water heater. After that, we said our goodbyes and on our way we went. On the ride home with my dad, Bob had sent him a text saying his daughter expressed interest and gave him her number to give to me. Without hesitation, I accepted her number and asked her to go on a date that coming weekend. Olivia agreed to go, and I could not have been happier. The weekend rolled around and we went out to an Italian restaurant and the wait was 45 minutes so we walked around the block where we hit it off and about our childhood memories, interests, and got to know each other. We returned back to the restaurant and split a margarita pizza, where we only ate 2 slices because we were both nervous and love struck. I knew that night flat I had found my person and that I would spend the rest of my life with Olivia.
