Olivia and Jonah met as a sophomore and a junior in high school when they both joined the rifle team. Their first date was to see Aquaman at the theater on New Years Day, 2019 and they began dating shortly after. From rifle matches to school dances to various trips, Olivia and Jonah finished high school together and prepared to embark on their respective college journeys. Jonah attended the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown for mechanical engineering, while Olivia attended Saint Francis University for nursing. Luckily, the schools were close by, which meant weekends consisted of building Lego sets, watching movies, and studying together. The couple share many hobbies, including RC cars, golfing, going to the gym, snowboarding, and more. Olivia and Jonah enjoy traveling together and would like to eventually visit all 50 states (so far they're at 7). They have taken trips to New York, Arizona, and North Carolina to see family and explore. They have also been to Vermont twice for snowboarding trips with friends, once at Stowe and once at Okemo. The Okemo snowboarding trip was planned by Jonah as his way to propose to Olivia. The couple and their friends were at the mountain ready to enjoy the snow when Jonah suggested a group picture just as they had done the year prior. To Olivia's shock and surprise, Jonah used this opportunity to propose with the help of their friends and a hidden photographer. Olivia and Jonah have grown and matured over the last six years, both individually and as a couple. They are eager to continue their lives together and look forward to what the future has in store for them and their relationship. They are excited to share their commitment to one another in the presence of their close family and friends.
