Where will the ceremony take place?
The ceremony will take place at Olivia's hometown church at Our Lady of the Angels in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. The ceremony will be inside from 1-2pm. Please kindly arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to allow for sufficient parking and seating time.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?
At the ceremony (Our Lady of the Angels), we kindly ask for you to be fully present in the moment with us, as we are having an unplugged ceremony. We ask for you to please silence your cell phones and refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer and videographer that will capture these for us!
Where will the reception take place?
The reception will take place at The Don CeSar at St. Pete Beach in the King Charles Ballroom (fifth floor). The reception will be indoors from 5-9pm with the cocktail hour from 5-6pm in an indoor/outdoor space. The Don CeSar is a 40 minute drive (35 miles) from the ceremony. Please kindly arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of the reception to allow for sufficient parking and walking time. We promise the drive will be worth the view and sunset photos!

Where do I RSVP and what is the deadline?
We ask for you to please RSVP as soon as you know you will be able to attend, as this will greatly assist with our planning for our cherished guests. To RSVP, please navigate to the RSVP section of our website where you will be able to RSVP for all members in your party. We ask for you to please RSVP by no later than July 1, 2025.
What should I wear?
The wedding ceremony and reception attire is formal. Women are welcome to wear a knee length to floor length dress or formal separates. Men are welcome to wear a dark colored suit; tuxedos are not required. Please Note: Florida's average temperature in September is between 73°F and 86°F with humidity. All wedding events will be inside with central air conditioning, so please bring your dancing shoes (and hydrate)!
Can I bring a guest?
We can only accommodate the guests formally stated on your save the date and wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, your RSVP will state “Guest.” Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Are kids welcome?
While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults only event (with the exception of the wedding party). We greatly appreciate your understanding and for making any respective arrangements in advance.
Will parking be available?
The ceremony (Our Lady of the Angels) has plenty of free parking. The reception (The Don CeSar) has self-parking available for a cost of $28 per day for overnight parking or $29 for wedding day only parking. Valet parking is available as well at an increased cost. Please Note: Parking charges are subject to change without notice by The Don CeSar and parking is cashless. You do not need to be staying guests of The Don CeSar in order to park overnight.
Will food and drinks be served?
At the Don CeSar, we will be serving hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour followed by a sit-down plated dinner with an entree (via your RSVP response). Both the cocktail hour and reception will have a full open bar. Please take advantage of it!

Is Uber/Lyft available?
Yes, Uber and Lyft are both available at the ceremony and reception locations if you choose to use those transportation options. Please Note: There is not a scheduled shuttle to and/from the church and reception venue locations. Is there a reserved block of rooms at one or more hotels?
No, there is not a reserved room block, as we encourage our cherished guests to stay where they feel most comfortable. Will there be an after party?
If you would like to keep the celebration going, please feel free to enjoy The Don CeSar's lobby bar after the reception as an option and there are also many nearby options walking distance from The Don CeSar.
