Guests may begin to arrive at 4:00 pm and be seated by 4:20 to ensure a prompt 4:30 ceremony start time. Per our coordinator, guests who are not seated by 4:30 will be watching the ceremony from the sidewalk as to not interrupt the processional and ceremony,

Who doesn’t love a reason to dress up?! Whether that is a suit or a nice cocktail dress, we can’t wait to see you all dress to the nines. Dress codes are not always easy to understand so we are asking that men wear a suit and tie and that women wear a cocktail dress or separates of a similar style. Additionally, We are kindly asking you to join in the wedding's color palette by wearing a shade of blue or green somewhere in your outfit! See the insert in your invitation for more information.

We ask that people either drive, carpool, or take a rideshare. Additionally, the venue is in Hendersonville, TN roughly 30 minutes from Nashville. A Lyft costs roughly $25-$30 from Nashville. There is parking at the venue, but we ask that households arrive in one car.

The ceremony is planned outdoors and has a rain back-up plan. The reception is planned to be indoors but weather permitting there will be access to outdoor tables and games like cornholes.

The bridal party and family will be taking photos. Guests will be asked to move inside to the cocktail hour for drinks and appetizers following the ceremony. Please check out the itinerary for more details.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be adults (21+) This is your night out to relax and have a little fun. We appreciate you making arrangements in advance. Please reach out to Olivia if you need a sitter reccomendation.

Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those we addressed on your invitation.

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We will have two photographers and a videographer and we would love to capture your face and not your phone!
