The ceremony begins at 4:30. Please arrive by 4:15.

The ceremony will be outdoors. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors/outdoors.

Yes! The venue will provide transportation from the Hampton Inn and the Grand Hotel. Transportation may be available to and from other locations. If you would like to be picked up somewhere else please let us know and we will try to accommodate!

Parking is available but limited. The venue offers transportation to shuttle guests staying close by.

Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn Fairhope-Mobile Bay. (23 N Section St, Fairhope, AL 36532). Guests have two ways to reserve rooms. We recommend calling the hotel directly to ensure you receive the group rate. 1. Contact the hotel directly at (251) 928-0956 (hit 0 or stay on the line) and ask for the Printiss Brightman Wedding Group Rate. 2. Book online at www.hilton.com and utilize the group code: PBW. Group rates are for two nights at the hotel.

Although we love your kiddos, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to space constraints. Children will be limited to immediate family and the wedding party.
