Lucas Arnzen and Olivia Remmerden met in January of 2018 at the University of Idaho. Both participated in greek life with Lucas a member of Beta Theta Pi and Olivia a member of Gamma Phi Beta. They soon began spending their time getting ice cream at McDonalds, going to the park with Lucas's dog, Cloe, and hanging out with friends on the weekends.

In April of 2018, while on the Beta Theta Pi campout, Olivia and Lucas officially began dating. That following summer they spent hours on FaceTime when Lucas wasn't farming and Olivia wasn't waitressing.

After another amazing year at the University of Idaho, Lucas graduated in May of 2019. Lucas and Olivia started doing long-distance for the next 2 years. Once again, having lots of FaceTime dates and visiting each other as much as possible. During those two years, Lucas moved to the farm while Olivia finished up college.

Finally in July of 2021, Olivia moved to the prairie to become a farm girl. Nowadays, Lucas spends time learning more about the family business and Olivia teaches at the same school Lucas once attended. While their jobs keep them busy, they work hard to spend quality time with each other and their two puppies, Cloe and Frankie.

Lucas got down on one knee in June of 2023 and asked Olivia to marry him. After the past 5 years, it was clear to Olivia that she wanted to spend the rest of her life with Lucas. They cannot wait to celebrate with their best friends and family on June 8, 2024!
