Yes! We have partnered with a local shuttle service to provide transportation for up to 50 guests. The shuttle will pick up guests at the Woodlark Hotel in Portland, and return to the same location at the end of the night. Pick up: 3:00pm at the Woodlark with service to Bridal Veil Lakes Return: the first shuttle will leave Bridal Veil Lakes at 8:30pm, and the final departure will be at 10:00pm, with return service to the Woodlark.

Our venue is located in the Columbia River Gorge, approximately 40 minutes east of downtown Portland. We will be providing shuttles for out-of-town guests, and we highly recommend that you plan your transportation ahead of time if you intend on enjoying a few drinks. Since the venue is in a heavily wooded area, the roads can get pretty dark at night, and we want to prioritize everyone’s safety first! At the fork in the road, stay to the right, continue 1 mile on Highway westbound. Bridal Veil Scenic Viewpoint State Park is on the right, turn left on the gravel road just after the park (Henderson Rd.). This is the entrance to Bridal Veil Lakes. Follow the signs to the lake, approximately 1 mile. WESTBOUND: from Hood River Take I-84 West.Exit at Dodson (EXIT #35). Follow Historic Highway Westbound for 8 miles. Bridal Veil Scenic Viewpoint State Park is on the right, turn left on the gravel road just after the park (Henderson Rd.). This is the entrance to Bridal Veil Lakes, Follow the signs to the lake, about 1 mile.

Yes! There is ample parking available for 150 vehicles with additional space for RV’s. ADA designated parking is lakeside.

Our wedding will be completely outdoors, with covered areas for dining and dancing.

The dress code is Dressy-Casual Attire. For this time of year in Oregon, may we suggest the following attire: Women: sundresses, lightweight separates and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn. Men: light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional.

August is typically the warmest and driest month in the Gorge, where daily highs average around 94°F and temperatures at night rarely dropping below 62°F. Though we are expecting the weather to be warm and dry, please note that temperatures may drop once the sun sets. Please bring an extra layer if you tend to get cold!

Our wedding will be buffet-style Thai food, provided by Thai Orchid. We will have vegan, vegetarian, meat, and gluten-free options. Please let us know if you have any non-listed allergies or dietary restrictions!
