What is the dress code?
We can’t wait to celebrate our special day with all of you! Our venue is a mix of cozy barn interiors and the natural beauty of an apple orchard, so we’re asking for semi-formal attire that fits the setting. Ladies, think elegant dresses or jumpsuits paired with practical footwear like wedges, block heels, or even some cowgirl boots if that’s your style! Gentlemen, dress pants and a nice button-down shirt will look great—feel free to add a tie or jacket if you’d like.
When is the RSVP deadline?
The deadline to RSVP is August 1st, 2025
Is the Wedding Indoors or Outdoors?
Both! Weather permitting our ceremony will take place outside, with the reception taking place inside of the barn.
Are Children Welcome?
Due to space limitations and the nature of the event, in order to ensure the best experience for everyone, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only event. We hope you understand, and we truly appreciate your support in making this day special.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes! Ironstone Ranch staff will be on site the day of to assist in directing you with parking.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to the venue restraints pertaining to the number of guests allowed in attendance, unless it is specified on your invitation, the bride and groom request that you refrain from bringing a plus one.
Will Uber/Lyft be accessible the night of?
Our venue has let us know that there are not always Ubers/Lyfts that will be available throughout the night. Occasionally they may be available; however, they suggested that anyone wishing to travel this way book the Uber/ Lyft ahead of time to avoid any issues.
You may leave your car at the venue overnight, but it must be picked up by 10 am the next morning.
Will there be a shuttle?
We will have a shuttle bus running two separate runs both at the start of the night, and the end of the night picking up at the hotel SureStay Best Western Elizabethtown. The first shuttle will arrive at the hotel by 2:40 pm and will depart to the venue at 2:55. This shuttle will arrive to the venue by 3:10 pm. The second shuttle will arrive to the hotel by 3:20 and will depart promptly at 3:25. This shuttle will arrive to the venue by 3:50 pm.
Please note that any arrivals past the 4:00 ceremony start time will be stopped by venue staff and prompted to remain to the side for the entirety of the ceremony.
