The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors, cocktail hour on the terrace/indoors, and the reception indoors.

Yes, there is free parking available and overnight parking is permitted if needed. Uber and Lyft are also accessible in the area and some downtown Sarasota hotels offer shuttle services. We will be providing a trolley to transport guests back to downtown Sarasota after the wedding.

To encourage everyone to be truly present with us, we ask that phones and cameras remain out of sight until the ceremony conclusion. Beyond the ceremony, please take as many photos and videos as you'd like to document the night!

We unfortunately cannot accommodate any guests beyond those addressed on the invitation.
