Please RSVP by November 15th, 2026. Your RSVP is very important to us! Hurry, don’t wait to get those RSVP’s in! If you RSVP’ed by October 19th you’ll be entered in a drawing for your table to be one of first in line for dinner! If you do not RSVP by November 15th, 2026, you will be marked as “not attending.” We would love to celebrate with you, however we have to provide exact guest counts to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP’s.

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your guests will be listed under your name when RSVP-ing on the website.

The ceremony will be starting at 3:30pm. To avoid being late and missing anything, we recommend arriving by 3:00pm to ensure parking and finding a seat before the ceremony starts! If you choose to skip the ceremony, please join us for our 4:00pm cocktail hour, before the reception and dinner at 5:00pm!

Our party bus, T&D Party Wagon, will be offering hotel shuttles throughout the evening.

Yes! We just ask that all vehicles are removed by Sunday morning at 8:00am so the Midnight Gem can use the building and space for their regularly scheduled church program!
