In 2020, Andrew and Olivia crossed paths at the University of Arizona, both freshly admitted into the prestigious Naval ROTC program. Alongside fellow midshipmen, they formed a close-knit group, but it was with each other that they found an effortless connection—a shared humor and common interests that made them feel instantly at home together.

By sophomore year, Andrew and Olivia took a leap, sharing a townhouse with three friends and spending more time together, deepening their bond. It didn’t take long for them to realize they were each other’s perfect match. On a September day in 2022, Andrew asked Olivia to be his girlfriend, a moment that would mark the beginning of an incredible journey together.

In May 2024, they graduated and were commissioned as officers in the United States Navy, marking the start of yet another chapter. Through three homes, countless memories, and the adoption of their beloved Golden Shepherd, Stitch, their love has only grown stronger.

Recently, in the warmth of their California home, Andrew proposed, and Olivia said yes. Now, they are thrilled to begin their lives together as the future Mr. and Mrs. Lopez.
