What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is black tie optional. For men, this could mean a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie. For women, a long gown or cocktail dress would be perfect. We can't wait to celebrate with you in style!

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What time is the ceremony? What time should I arrive?

Help us get the party started as scheduled! The ceremony starts at 5:30pm but we recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. There will also be pre-ceremony champagne in the courtyard starting at 5pm.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Both the ceremony & reception will be taking place at Pelican Club.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be taking place on the outside patio. The reception will be held indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

Guests can head straight to cocktail hour which will also be held on the outside patio.

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Transportation will be provided from Wyndham Grand Jupiter at Harbourside Place to Pelican Club. The first trolley will leave at 4:30pm & the last trolley will leave at 5pm.

How do I get back to my hotel?

Transportation will be provided from Pelican Club to Wyndham Grand Jupiter at Harbourside Place. The first trolley will be available at 10:30pm. The last trolley will be available at 11:00pm.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

We have a hotel block at Wyndham Grand Jupiter at Harbourside Place. We have also included one other hotel close to our venue. Check out the Travel tab for more details.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Pelican Club will have free valet parking. Any other spots within the plaza are also free.

Do you have any recommendations for where to eat, points of interest or things to do?

Yes! We recommend visiting the ‘Things to Do’ page of our wedding website, where we’ve compiled all of our favorite local hot spots and fun things to do in the area.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Your RSVP is due back by February 1st. Please mail back your response along with dinner selection.

When is the hotel room block deadline?

Our hotel room block is available until February 12th at 5pm. Please book your stay as soon as you can.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?

Please let us know ahead of time whether you have any dietary restrictions & we will make our venue aware.

Where are you registered?

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have setup a honeymoon fund & a few items for our new house. Visit the Registry tab.

Will there be an after party?

The celebration doesn’t end after the reception! Join us for an after-party at the downstairs bar at Wyndham Grand Jupiter. We can’t wait to keep the fun going with you!
