Where is the wedding?
Both the ceremony and the reception are located at Eagle Bay Brewing Co. (252 Eagle Bay Road, Eagle Bay WA 6281).
Eagle Bay Brewing Co. is located on a working farm with livestock on the property. The venue is fenced and the boundary is clearly delineated, and guests are not permitted to enter the farm area that surrounds the venue.
Smoking presents a serious fire risk, a designated smoking area and ash trays are provided by the venue.
What is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP no later than 4 January 2025.
If you do not RSVP by 4 January 2025, we will be unable to accommodate you at our wedding. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we cannot accept late RSVPs and we will mark any unanswered responses as "declined". If you still need to RSVP, you can do so by visiting the RSVP page before the deadline.
Can I bring my children?
While we love your kids, unless they were mentioned on your invitation, we will not be able to accommodate them. If your children are travelling with you, please feel free to contact us for local babysitter recommendations.
Can I bring a plus one?
No. We have chosen to keep our wedding to close family and friends. We are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation.
Do you have an accommodation discount?
Yes! We have arranged for discounted accommodation at Bayview Geographe Resort in Busselton. The discounted accommodation can be booked through the following link:

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
No. We kindly request for all phones and cameras to remain silenced and put away until the ceremony concludes. We have a wonderful photographer who will be capturing our wedding day, and we will be happy to share those photos with you at a later date. During cocktail hour and the reception, take as many photos as you would like!
What is the dress code?
Formal attire.
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
We recommend arriving at the ceremony at least 30 minutes before the ceremony commences (i.e. arriving by 3:30pm).
Will transportation be provided to the wedding venue?
We have arranged for transport to and from the wedding venue, from Bayview Geographe Resort. The bus will be leaving from Bayview Geographe Resort at 3:00pm sharp and returning guests at the end of the wedding.
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes! There is plenty of parking available at Eagle Bay Brewing Co. You can also leave your cars overnight at the venue as long as they are collected by 11:00am the next day.
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception be outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, while the reception will be held indoors.
Is there a gift registry?
If you would like to give a gift to help us celebrate, a contribution towards our honeymoon will be greatly appreciated and we will have a wishing well on the night.
