Our Story

August 19, 2012

Our story started when we were just teenagers. Olivia developed a crush for Patrick in Mrs. Hahn's 8th grade social studies class. The following summer, our connection began. We messaged back and forth all summer long, every day and every hour, we talked. We continued to message each other through 9th grade. This photo is from when we finally had our first date. Olivia went to the zoo, movies, and to dinner with Patrick and his family. It was a very special day.

October 7, 2012

Our first homecoming together! We were sophomores in high school. We went to Patrick's house before the dance for pictures. Olivia is still close friends with Alex (furthest left) and Catelynn (next to Alex).

January 1, 2013

Our first New Year together. We went to a party with Patricks mom and dad. This was one of the first times Olivia got immersed in spanish culture!! 💃🏼

August 31, 2014

The summer after 11th grade Patrick and Olivia rekindled their relationship and have exclusively dated ever since. This photo was taken at the Lyn Stacie Getz playground.

September 21, 2014

Senior year was starting! Olivia and Patrick went to a local sunflower farm to take photos. They went with Olivia's friends.

October 16, 2014

Senior spirit week!! Olivia, Patrick and friends decorated shirts and paper crowns from burger king. Patrick didnt get to decorate his shirt but he did decorate his crown! (Soccer ball stickers of course) This picture is in-front of the cafeteria taken after the pep rally in the main gym. Olivia and Patrick matching shoes.

Our final homecoming together! We took pictures at Patrick's house before the dance.

February 8, 2015

Getting ready for our senior fashion show! This was a charity event where seniors dressed up and walked a makeshift runway at the school to raise money. Students walked out in randomized groups of 3. Olivia and Patrick got randomly assigned to walk out together. Olivia was very nervous, but having Patrick by her side made the experience less scary.

May 16, 2015

Our senior prom! We took pictures at Patricks house and at the Havre de Grace lighthouse. Then we took a limo to the Valley Mansion. We danced and celebrated all night. After prom, we went to the bel air athletic club for the after party.

June 5, 2015

Graduation! We were in the gymnasium before the graduation ceremony. So special to experience high school together. We shared so much love for each other during those years. We grew up together.

June 6 - August 17, 2015

After we graduated, we attended the senior cruise in baltimore. Of course Olivia and Patrick were by each others sides. That summer we attended graduation parties, and went to six flags one last time before Olivia left for college.

Aug 2015 - May 2018

During this time period, Patrick and Olivia maintained a long-distance relationship. Olivia left for college at Temple University where she started studying pre-pharmacy. Patrick stayed in bel air and started his college studies at Harford Community College where he earned an associates degree and played soccer. Olivia kept very busy in Philadelphia, exploring the city to its fullest. Patrick was able to visit Olivia, they attended a Temple University basketball game together, then got to go to a 76s game. Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill were also at the game!!

August 2018 - May 2020

During this time period, Olivia moved back to Baltimore to start pharmacy school, and Patrick moved to college park to complete his bachelor degree in mechanical engineering. We were closer together, especially on the weekends when patrick came home, but still away from each other on the weekdays. Despite being physically away from each other for several years we remained very close and our relationship stayed strong. We knew that investing time in our education was crucial to build the future we wanted together.
