Our Wedding

Andrew and Olivia had been friends for about 4 years, when one January morning, they ended up sharing a pathophysiology class together. Sparks flew over studying dates at a local coffee shop, and they became more than friends.

The beginning 

Right as things started to pick up between Andrew and Olivia, he had a 2-month Europe trip planned with Ben and Jordan. 2 whole months, and we weren't even "officially" dating yet, like come on, how is that gonna work? However, Olivia persevered and chose to wait for Andy to come home. Shout out to Jon Tucker (Olivia's dad) for giving her the best advice possible. "Don't say anything and be patient, if it is meant to work out, he will come back and you guys will be together."

The Europe trip...

Andy came home from Europe on August 16 and drove straight to Olivia's house. After 2 months of texting and waiting, he officially asked her to be his girlfriend! And in the sweetest way to. All summer, while they were away, she would spend every Sunday at her aunt's house playing her favorite game, Dr. Mario, on an old school Nintendo 64. He found her one on Facebook Marketplace, and it has turned into one of their favorite things to do together.

Officially Dating 

After enjoying dating, starting PA school, a master's in Health Administration, and everything in between, Andy decided to propose to Olivia. It was in the backyard of the first apartment they lived in. Andy said, "I wanted to propose to you here, because this is where our life is beginning together." Olivia said YES! Even our special cat, Wobbles, was there to make an appearance. And a huge thank you to Bryon and Meg Fobair for hiding in the bushes and taking pictures!

The Engagement

Now Olivia and Andy look forward to celebrating their wedding with you! They can't imagine a life without each other or a day to celebrate with their friends and family. There have been so many people who have been involved in this journey with them, and they can't think of a better way to make their special day perfect.

For those flying in, Salt Lake City airport is where to go! Rental cars will be available at the Salt Lake City airport.

The bride and groom will be staying here from Wednesday, June 3rd, to Sunday, June 7th, and would love for you to join us in celebrating there! We highly recommend booking rooms together, as the majority of them fit 6-20 people. Try and book in Moose Hollow and Cascades rentals as they are the closest to the ceremony location!
