Our first holiday together. We spent the weekend seeing the sights of Paris where Livi promised not to speak french, but she couldn't help herself and now Dan wishes he had listened more in French class. Mind you he is learning the odd phrase and uses it every now and then.

Dan had enough of Livi after just a few months and ended up going to the other side of the world to play cricket. But he still couldn't get away from her, as Livi flew half way round the world to travel and spend their first Christmas and New Year together in Australia.

Dan's first visit to Faucon, Livi's family home in France. They have spent many holidays and made so many memories through the years together here. Faucon was sold in 2022, so they have chosen Stanlake Park with its beautiful vines to bring a bit of 'France' to them on their big day.

Of course dating Dan means Livi has been forced to enjoy cricket. This was one of the first live matches we watched together and now 5 years on Livi is slowly enjoying the game, even joining the Westbury Ladies team.

Being in a relationship there are some things you just have to do, here is the obligatory 'boyfriend' photo at Livi's graduation. It was a great day celebrating her achievements and becoming the 'Mary Poppins' she always wanted to be.

Being in the West Country only means; cider, funny accents and rugby. Livi has swapped her Harlequins top for a Bath top to support her new local team. However deep down Harlequins will always be the favourite. Yes can you believe it? Dan doesn't just like cricket!

With Livi being the princess she is, a trip to Disneyland was always on the cards. There is not a day that goes by where Disney is not played at full blast in the house or in the car (which Dan secretly loves). “Any day spent with you is my favorite day. So, today is my new favourite day.” - Winnie the Pooh.

The moment Livi became the main character in her own Disney story. Graduating as a Norland Nanny, with Dan supporting her all the way.

THEY BOUGHT A HOUSE! Everyone has their own unique story when buying a house but theirs started off with keys being thrown at them from 2 metres away due to covid restrictions. It didn't stop there, construction stopped the next day and deliveries took longer than anticipated. They spent the first 6 months sitting and sleeping on the floor but this was just the start of the amazing adventure of life together.

The first Christmas in their new house. They have been so lucky to spend many Christmases together already and 3 of those have been in different countries (Australia, Dubai and Switzerland). This Christmas was extra special as it was the first Christmas where both their families spent it together.

The one good thing that came out of covid was their new found love for the outdoors and exploring the countryside around them, and where they call home.

Scotland holds a special place in Livi's heart. She spent her last few years of school at Gordonstoun. So they decided to go back and visit as well as hire a camper van with good friends to explore the NC500 route, and find many beautiful locations along the way.

WOW, Faucon, what a place you have been! Livi has so many fond memories, from learning to swim in the pool to spending time with friends and family throughout the summer months. Dan has been lucky enough to spend many weeks enjoying the sunshine, views and homemade pizzas as well. Here is the last family photo taken under the olive tree.

2022 was a busy year for them, 3 weddings in 3 different countries with the furthest being in New York. Of course they couldn't just go for 1 day, so they made a week long trip out of it. Dan and Livi's cousin, without her knowledge, were busy making plans for something special...

After a lot of hard work and training, Dan being the kind hearted and selfless person he is finally passed out becoming a Police Officer. It was finally Livi's turn to pose for the obligatory 'girlfriend' photo. Livi has always liked a man in uniform ;)

Finally, the moment Livi had been waiting for. In her words "I've only been waiting 7 years". 2 years after Dan started his journey into working with Caroline to design the perfect ring for Livi, it did not disappoint. The rest of their lives starts now and they both can not wait to see you all on their big day, AT LAST!
