The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m., so we kindly ask you to arrive by 4:30 p.m. to allow time to park, get comfortable, and take in the moment. To help us maintain the heartfelt and intimate atmosphere we’ve envisioned, all guests must be seated by 4:50 p.m., as entry will close at that time to ensure the ceremony begins without interruption.

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at the venue, so you won’t have to worry about finding a spot. Just arrive and enjoy the celebration!

We'd love for you to join us in semi-formal or cocktail attire—flowing dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or dressy separates for women, and suits or dress pants with a button-down shirt, blazer, and tie for men. Just one favor: please steer clear of white! Our ceremony will take place outdoors by the water, and the reception will be indoors, so dress comfortably for Florida’s fall weather—warm during the day and cooler once the sun goes down. If you feel inspired, our wedding colors—blush, dusty rose, and burgundy—are a lovely way to add a touch of celebration to your look.

While we absolutely adore your little ones, we’ve decided to keep our celebration an adults-only affair, with the exception of a few children in the wedding party. We hope you’ll see this as a chance to enjoy a well-deserved night out, just for the grown-ups. We’re sharing this in advance to give you plenty of time to make arrangements, and we truly hope you’ll be able to join us for this special occasion!!

To ensure we can comfortably celebrate with all of our loved ones, we respectfully ask that only the individuals named on the invitation join us for the wedding festivities. We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during our ceremony. We’ve invited you to be fully present with us in this moment, and your love and attention mean more than any snapshot. Don’t worry—we’ve got a wonderful photographer capturing it all, so you won’t miss a thing. Once the ceremony ends, feel free to snap away during cocktail hour and the reception—we can’t wait to see the celebration through your eyes!

We’ll be celebrating with a full open bar, so come ready to toast, dance, and enjoy the evening! If you’re planning to stay overnight, we’ve reserved a wedding room block nearby for your convenience. All the details can be found on the Accommodations tab—we’d love for you to stay and keep the celebration going with us!
